If you are not completely satisfied with your order, exchanges or returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery (shipping charges are non-refundable).

Returns are not accepted for “Design your own” or “party favor” orders.

All returns or exchanges must be mailed back in the ORIGINAL packaging to prevent damage. We are unable to accept worn or damaged items. If items returned are worn or damaged during return process (ex: sent back in an envelope or box too small or non-padded) a refund will not be issued & the merchandise will not be shipped back to you again.
