I design all our products myself and am very meticulous and caring in assembling them by hand. How Durable are your hair clips? TOP
I use only top quality product to put my products together. I use a very permanent and strong Glue: e600 to glue every part including the Rhinestones. No glue gun used. I fray seal all ends on the ribbons. Your items should not come apart! How do I wash my accessories? TOP
Please hand wash with a soft toothbrush and mild soap or Woolite. Use cold water and lay flat to dry. Some of the appliques are sensitive to heat. Do not put them into the washing machine! Do you offer Gift Wrap Services? TOP
Yes! Just check the box for "Gift Wrap" when you check out. Your order will be packaged in an elegant organza pouch and placed with tissue paper inside a paper gift bag. Gift wrap fee is $2.00Do you offer Gift Certificates ? TOP
Yes, gift certificates are available for that special someone.
Just go to the gift certificate section and type in the appropriate information and choose the amount. We will either mail the recepient the gift certificate or send it by e-mail, whichever you specify. Do you have a physical store? TOP
No. I only sell out of my home or at local craft shows and local Bazaars. Please contact me for an appointment if you would like to stop by and buy in person. Do you have a printed catalog? TOP

No, you don't. Although we use PayPal for our shopping cart and payment processing, you do not need a paypal account to order. Simply select "Check out with Paypal" from your shopping cart. Then select "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account"
